WHEN IS THE NEW RESCHEDULED DATE (S) FOR #BYOBretreat 2020?


#BYOBretreat is going digital! The new experience will now take place Saturday, August 15, 2020 & Sunday, August 16, 2020 starting at 10:30AM EST on both days. All purchases for the May dates will be honored for the rescheduled date(s). In addition, all previous purchasers will receive complimentary general admission for the ensuing Memorial Day Weekend #BYOBretreat on Saturday, May 29, 2021 & Sunday, May 30, 2021.

IF I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED MY TICKET FOR MIAMI 2020, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME?

What’s better than one conference? TWO. All purchases for the original dates will be honored for the rescheduled date(s). In addition, all previous purchasers will receive complimentary admission for the ensuing Memorial Day Weekend #BYOBretreat on Saturday, May 29, 2021, & Sunday, May 30, 2021.

 

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY TICKETS IF I CAN NOT ATTEND THIS YEAR?

The 2020 BYOBlive Digital Summit: #BuiltForThis is a complimentary experience for all previous ticket holders. We would love to see you there, but understand if you cannot make it. If you have questions regarding refunds for the 2021 #BYOBRetreat in Miami, please see below.

 

I JUST PURCHASED MY TICKET, BUT SOMETHING CAME UP. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As stated, all sales are final via the website and ticket policy. If you can not attend, we hope you can transfer or gift it to someone who may see value in this opportunity & community.

 

CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE AS A VENDOR IN AUGUST?

Yes! If you were already registered as a vendor, you will be provided a complimentary booth at this year’s virtual event. Please lookout for an email from our team. If you are interested in becoming a vendor and maximizing your time and ROI, please apply HERE and someone from our team will reach out to you shortly.

 

MIAMI RETREAT 2021

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY TICKETS IF I CAN NOT ATTEND NEXT YEAR?

In light of the crisis, as the event has been postponed but not canceled, you may request a refund minus processing & staffing fees until October 15, 2020. This will ensure proper planning for 2021. If you have any specific questions in regards to refund requests or transfers please email us at makeithappen@byoblive.com.

 

WHAT IF I BOOKED THE HOST HOTEL STAY IN MIAMI FOR THE #BYOBretreat?

Our host hotel has canceled all of the original bookings. We will provide a new booking link for the 2021 conference at a later date.

 

WHAT IF I BOOKED A FLIGHT TO MIAMI FOR #BYOBretreat 2020?

In light of the crisis, numerous airlines have rolled out more lenient change and cancellation policies. Please contact the airline directly.

 

I’M INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AND HAVE NOT PURCHASED TICKETS, WHAT CAN I DO?
